Project Summary:
Opex were commissioned by Eisai to undertake Market Testing services for their new facilities. Our work included a full strategic review and options appraisal setting advising on which would be the best fit Target Operating Model (TOM).
Opex’s main objectives were to ensure Eisai’s Facilities Management requirements were met over the next 5 years, drafting all tender documents and specifications to good practice.
Following successful completion of the Market Testing process, we helped Eisai to negotiate and select the contract. Opex have been retained by Eisai as their technical advisor now for over 15 years and have subsequently completed two further MT processes and well as many other Technical advisor commissions.
