Opex was commissioned to undertake an initial review of Hard FM reactive maintenance in the hospital. The review aimed to develop a best practice action plan to address any performance issues against the contract deliverables.
As part of the process, Opex reviewed 12 months’ worth of helpdesk data and ran a statistical analysis to identify issues or underperformance. CAFM setup, recording, and calculation of target response times were key areas of focus measured by Opex.
The report prepared by Opex recommended actionable steps and processes to put in place, along with a thorough implementation plan for monitoring.
