Opex was commissioned to undertake a review of Hard FM PPM services at the hospital. The initial assessment aimed to determine the level of statutory and non-statutory PPM service performance, identify any issues to be addressed, and provide a best practice action plan for improvement.
In the second stage of the review, Opex undertook an assessment of the Hard FM processes and procedures underpinning service delivery.
Throughout the stages, Opex identified and recorded areas which required remediation action and summarised them in a written report, including a thorough implementation plan.
