Project Summary:
Opex was commissioned to undertake a Facilities and Housing Management Audit for a West Yorkshire PFI Housing Project and review the FMCo’s service delivery. The Project encompassed 28 buildings that Opex assessed over a series of site visits to determine compliance.
Opex produced an independent report detailing the findings and presenting actionable recommendations to improve service delivery, including how the client can monitor progress moving forward. Improvements included appointing subcontractors on longer contracts with tighter commercial controls and KPIs to ensure appropriate and sustained service delivery.
