Project Summary:
Opex was commissioned to undertake a 2-stage hard FM provider review that included an audit of statutory compliance followed by wider contract compliance information gathering.
The client required a full statutory compliance audit of M&E systems and a sample set of non-statutory systems. A review of the client’s contract operational documents, including an assessment of their delivery model processes and procedures, was subsequently conducted.
Opex then developed a report encapsulating the audit findings, including evidence, which the client will utilise in follow-up strategy discussions with new providers, including how transferable the current set-up might be.
