ISO 9001 Accreditation

ISO 9001 is an accreditation that can be achieved by any business which follows best practices laid out surrounding procedures and policies promoting quality products and service offerings.

This accreditation reassures our clients that we have an established quality management system within the day-to-day operations of the business.

This is important within facilities management, as it provides peace of mind that what we offer is high-quality consultancy services that can be trusted.

Due to the requirement of holding the accreditation, our procedures and their effectiveness are subject to yearly audits from the industry body to ensure we continue to qualify.

Data Security

Data Security

The Data Protection Act 2018 was introduced to control how personal information is used by organisations, businesses or the government. This includes guidance on data being used fairly and lawfully, used for specific reasons, used adequately and relevantly, and kept for no longer than necessary.

Our Data Protection policy outlines that all data we hold is in line with The Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Not only is this the law to follow these guidelines, but we also take great pride in assuring our clients are in great hands when working with us.

Our policies also help us to streamline and improve multiple processes due to us being aware of the data we hold and knowing where to access information when we need it.

Environmental Policy

As we deliver a comprehensive range of services within the market on a national level we are committed to conducting ourselves in a responsible manner in order to protect people and the environment. With the full support and enthusiasm of the Opex directors, we aim to conduct all our operations in a responsible manner in order to reduce recognised hazards and to respect the environment.
