We were recently required to re-structure a complex PFI deal, which entailed the removal of the incumbent service provider and the procurement of a new contractor. The project was market sensitive, in a secure environment, and timescales we were presented with were extremely challenging, in addition it wasn’t clear whether the FM Market would be able to respond in the way we required, so it was important we selected a consultant to work alongside us who could fully support us with a positive “can-do” attitude, and provide appropriate specialist expertise, process management and leadership. I am delighted to be able say that from the initial market approach,OPEX were the only practice to instil confidence, and were prepared to go the extra mile to deliver the project, within time and budget constraints. I am even more delighted to confirm, that we were able to successfully appoint a new provider in the time required, and achieve a smooth transition to the new operating model thanks to the diligence enthusiasm and professionalism of the entire OPEX team.

Opex have assisted us with the reprocurement of our 20 FM Contract where we provide Hard FM services to 34 Health Centres for 4 NHS LIFTCo’s across the UK. The project was particularly complex as it involved developing a new model for partnership delivery of these services in a ground breaking “ Alliance Model”.
