Project Summary:
Opex were commissioned to undertake a Facilities Management Services Contract Compliance Audit on the incumbent TFM contract. The Audit was part of the ongoing monitoring of the FM service delivery being provided with its primary focus being on the Soft FM services with a high-level contract compliance audit of the Hard FM service delivery.
The initial external audit scope was based on a risk-based assessment of the TFM services being delivered, such that Soft FM services with the greatest compliance and H&S risks elicit the greatest depth of audit requirement (and evidence), whilst low risk services were simply checked for compliance with the contract delivery requirements.
