Project Summary:
Opex was commissioned to project manage the WWF offices market testing and implementation of the agreed outsourced hard and soft FM services for the client’s new headquarters building the WWF Living Plant Centre in Woking. These services included: Contract Management, Helpdesk, Building Maintenance, Cleaning, Windows, Pest Control, Security, Grounds Maintenance, Laundry etc.
This architecturally impeccable building (GIFA of 3,600m2 ) was built to be BREEAM Outstanding and as such, it was important that in this process that emphasis be placed on maintaining the ethos of WWF, including, sustainability within a reasonable value for money.
Opex carried out this offices Market Testing contract successfully, Providing a full report of their findings and detailing any forward actions to be made and have gone on to fulfil other contracts with WWF in later years.
