Celebrating 3rd Year of ISO 9001 Accreditation
We are happy to announce Opex has achieved the ISO 9001 accreditation for the third year running.
After two days of examining our processes and procedures for the different services Opex offer, the International Organisation for Standardisation granted us the global standard.
The ISO 9001 is a standard achieved by maintaining a quality management system that includes: a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement. This, therefore, ensures customers receive consistent, good-quality services.
Thanks to all the Opex team involved for making this happen and allowing our clients to have full faith in the FM services we deliver.
