Role Summary:
Opex Consulting provided School FM Consultancy Services for the Kajima partnership’s SPV and FM companies for this PFI bundle schools project. This included One Secondary building and three primary school premises. The consultancy services included FM bid text and FM costs and commercial support through the FC process and Implementation management in the lead-up to the operational go-live date.
