Project Summary:
The project is part of a major re-organisation of the Eisai UK business operations and the development of a new £110m 23,000m2 European HQ for 500 staff on a 14.5 acre site. There are 4 separate buildings including; headquarters, research, production/warehouse, shared facilities. The shared facilities which include; meeting rooms, coffee bar and restaurant, are central to the development strategy that centres on knowledge transfer between the staff. Plantrooms are located on the roof but are set back to reduce the visual impact of the buildings.
