Role Summary:

Centrica procurement needed to understand whether their supplier offered value for money. Working with IPD we ran an offices strategic FM services review on the cost, quality of service and the capability of the processes to support the contract. This involved extensive data collection and analysis using appropriate pro forma and included analysis of contracts and accounts and communication with local managers.

Our offices strategic FM services review analysis showed that the supplier was performing ahead of market expectations and based on this position Centrica decided to re-negotiate the contract with the incumbent supplier. We worked with both parties to develop an action list to further improve the alignment of the service and business need.
