In June 2009 we were asked to support the strategic review and benchmarking of the client’s London estate for hard FM services. The project also included an in depth review of the in-house delivery team, with options for restructuring and then implementation. Our work was detailed and included a review of all sub-contractors provided services, with a recommendation for efficiency savings.
Maintenance Best Practice Review and Benchmarking
Our review included benchmarking the current in-house delivery against the market. We were also asked to benchmark the specialist sub-contract costs. During the process we were asked to identify areas that were not in line with best industry practice, which included the CAFM and maintenance management and reporting systems.
