The Benchmarking exercise included a high-level service review, including high-level benchmarks chosen and tailored to be comparable to the client’s unique delivery requirements. This helped in ascertaining if the present contract was providing good value for money, and its market price. Furthermore, the benchmarking helped in the decision-making with regard to extending the existing contract.
The second exercise of the Strategy Review provided the client with a selection of Target Operating Models (TOMs) that they choose to deploy for the Cleaning and Catering services.
