Opex was commissioned to undertake a Hard FM (Estates) benchmarking review for the Barts and Royal London Hospitals PFI, London. The review was designed to assess and evidence if the current Unitary Charge paid to the FMCo (Facilitiles Management Company) for the services, was inline with typical market prices for similar services at similar hospitals.
