Project Summary:
Opex were appointed by Merchant Place to undertake Technical Due diligence of the shopping centre prior to purchase. Our role included review of the FM services being delivered to the common areas as well as assessing the interface with the tenant properties and also the Landlords external maintenance and FM regimes.
Opex undertook at Technical FM survey at the site and interfaced with the clients Asset management teams and their legal advisors during the process.
Opex also met and interfaced with the letting agents JLL to review and obtain technical and operational documents for the diligence, including service charge cost information.
