Project Summary:
Opex successfully supported Sussex Custodial Services and Pario in conducting a market test exercise for the Hard FM services.
Following the Opex tried and tested Market Testing/Procurement process we produced the Invitation To Tender (ITT) pack, liased with the market, developed and issued the tender documents, tender evaluation and clarifications and Best and Final Offers.
The timescales were tight, so the Opex team used project management software to compress the timeframes as much as possible, while ensuring we maintained a robust process.
Following successful negations with the tenderers, we helped to deliver a smooth and successful transition to the new supplier.
