Role Summary:
Our brief was to undertake a full college cleaning services review across the colleges 4 campuses, in preparation for the completion of the colleges £44m refurbishment and new build project.
Following this process, we put forward a cleaning services restructuring proposal which included staff development and training programmes, cleaning equipment and consumables review and reorganisation, and full stint area review, for existing and new-build facilities, to help improve cleaning quality and productivity. The final part of the college cleaning services review included a new cleaning QA process which would allow the college to achieve its goals of quality cleaning and continual improvement.
