The two market tests that have been run by Opex on behalf of the Trust and its PFI provider have been very well managed. There was clear communication at all stages, from the process outline and timescales to analysis of the tender results and selection of preferred bidder. The information and data prepared to support the process was helpful and appropriate, and meetings were conducted in a professional and engaging manner.
I have no hesitation in recommending Opex.
